How difficult is it to hear what God is saying right now?  What prevents us from hearing God, and believing that He is with us?  He is listening to us, He hears our cries for help, and sees our every move.  There is Nothing that is hidden from God’s sight.  He knows just what we are going through.  But, are we hearing His voice, are we listening to what He is trying to speak to us, through His Word?  Hearing, and listening, are different. We can certainly hear what God says, but choose not to listen to what He is asking us to do.  This is disobedience, and unless we repent, our disobedience will cause us to stop hearing God’s voice. God is still with us, but if we are living in opposition to His Word, we may not be able to hear His voice any longer. This may cause us to feel like God has left our side.

God speaks to us through His Word the Bible, and through our circumstances. Nothing happens to us, that doesn’t first have the approval of God.  A difficult circumstance could be God trying to get our attention.  Ignoring the voice of God, could only prolong our difficult circumstance.  No matter how traumatic our situation may be, we must step above the circumstance, and learn to “Listen” to what God is trying to say to us. We must learn to hear God’s voice, by pursuing Him in His Word, and through prayer. God will never leave our side, He is always with us, no matter how we may ‘feel’ about it.

God Loves us, and always has a Good plan for our lives.  But, are we listening to Him, so that His good plans can be completed in our lives? “Don’t be afraid, because I am with you. Don’t be intimidated; I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will support you with My victorious right hand. I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand and say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid; I will help you’ (Isaiah 41:10, 13).  These are the promises of God, for all those who belong to Him, through faith in Jesus.  He is always with us!  Never doubt He hears our cries for help, but are we listening to Him?  What is God saying……..
